The way I see it, you're damned if you do and damned if you don't. Humans have this thing about being with other people. If you've loved and lost, you'll miss having it. If you never have had it, you know (and you can see from what others have) and desire it.

When your're in it, after the honeymoon period and when the differences set in, its a different kind of pain (which leads to your post) but its not that much worse than wanting to be someone.

None of them is more legitimate a reason to be upset than another.

Is it worth it? Depends on what you get out of it, at the time and after.

When you live in a small area people of similar interests are much harder to find, especially people with similar interests looking for a intimate relationship. I agree with so much of the positive things that have been said. I have a few bad relationships and many good ones. The bad ones I blame myself for not realising it quickly enough and not getting out fast. These people are now not my friends which is a shame. Most of them thankfully I have gotten out of gracefully with the general comment well that was fun but we are not to be.

Now in my final attempt I have had a successful 14yrs going strong wifey relationship that I can honestly say hase not been a perfect run and that that the perfect someone is a fallicy. You have to give and take and make many compromises from both sides. We still battle and sometimes almost to the death but always at the end if it cannot be resolved we always agree to disagree. And if the bitch don't agree I bitch slap her mwoohahaha.
