Cutlets, damn i got these cutlets from South Melbourne Market and they are so damn thick and sweet, I could see the moisture oozing out of them as i cut it. "I'm excited!!!@"

The problem is these days people are so in the mind set that you have to cook pork to death to kill any worms but that just doesn't happen today. Pork is bread in healthy environments where they don't get worms etc like a cage.

I hade pork chops in plumb sauce last night. PLUMB SAUCE!!

but seriously I would never eat pork growing up. It had to be cow or nothin. I think it was the way my parents cooked it. the wifie made me some pork chops the other week and now I know what I've been missing out on. I guess you just have to know how to cook them. :D

yum! I recently picked up a recipe for this that I want to try, so I can then add it to the steam bun recipe I also found and make my all time favourite yum cha dish steam pork buns, char siu bao! YUM!!

i confess pork is fucking awesome.
pork belly, bacon, pancettea, jambon, chorizo, braised pigs ears. pork loin, ham hock. ham bones, smoked ham. blood pudding.
best fucking animal for eating EVER!!!!

Chinese food here is beyond awful. It's liquid slop and rice.

I have to say that I really like breaded pork chops, and bacon, and head cheese and pork in general. Just last week I made a pork loin roast for my family that melted like butter in your mouth.
