Generally, when I do eat meat it is red. Beef or lamb. Only because I have worked in the industry as a jillaroo. And know where it all comes from.
I can’t eat birds cos they are such filthy animals, it makes me sick. And for some reason when I eat swine I love it but know it is bad for me, so that’s also a rare occurrence

of the non feathered variety?
I prefer white meat over red - so chicken, fish, pork. Altho, a really good steak goes down a treat too :) I couldn't eat lamb even if i was dying of starvation it makes me ill.

Cow & Duck for me. Ohh, this thread should be a poll.
If its meat and it bleeds, chances are that I will eat it.

Steak, rare you bastards. I asked for rare! this piece of shit is almost burnt beyond recognition I can't decide whether I'm supposed to eat it or retread my tyres with it. "Rare" means "Rare" dammit, not "I don't really know, how about you just have one of the apprentices fuck it up". Christ almighty is it really that hard to get a steak cooked properly these days?
At any rate, other than a nice piece of steak I like chicken, duck, goose, turkey, quail, lamb, goat, venison, kangaroo, emu and crocodile (when cooked properly, when mishandled it's awful) and I've never met a fish or crustacean I didn't like. I've yet to put camel or buffalo on the plate.
chicken but only when it doesn't taste like chicken - rare steak and fish for me

I like chicken, which is technically poultry.

I've got a soft spot for Pork - especially when Roasted, or when a fillet is cut up and thrown in a Thai curry of some description.

Camel is good, but I was disappointed with crocodile. It tasted exactly like chicken. Not just a bit like chicken, but exactly like chicken.

I'll eat anything that was alive recently... Tried all of the above as well as snake (incl the still eating heart) when in 'Nam, and ate a guinea pig when in Peru last month along with Llama, alpaca and probably a little rodent...

Kangaroo is nice, had it a few times.
Dont mind steak, hate chops. Love chicken (breast only though). Hate seafood (except tin tuna and fish fingers, though I am not sure how much fish is in fish fingers).
I also like having fish fingers  .

A chunk of beef from the arse end of the cow, burnt beyond recognition. If I can't taste ashes in my mouth, its not nearly ready enough

I've been getting hormone free beef since a new grocery store by my house started carrying it. The cows actually graze so the fat is more marbled into the meat. When grilled it gets a crunchy outer coating that tastes fantastic. They've also got buffalo but my wife's a picky eater and I'm having a hard time convincing her to try it. I may have to "accidentally" buy some and grill it up ;)

I was under the impression that the marbled meat came from the grain fed cows. Does anyone know for sure?
This thread gets no poll loving to stop it being resurrected in three years time by some dumbass newb who decides to post in the random poll from the front page!

Maybe they're grazing in a field of grain :D
My house is in a rural area (Round Rock, TX close to Austin. Yes, it's named after a rock) and I pass a bunch of fields with cows grazing when I ride my bike on the weekends. I have no clue as to what they're eating but some of the fields are definitely cultivated. There's lots of green, no cacti and few rocks.
