Yesterday evening I had Buffalo Carpaccio ( raw buffalo thinly sliced ). I was hesitant at first, but damn it was tasty!
hard to describe the flavour, but it was really tender, and sliced so thinly it almost melted on my tongue ...
i followed it up with a half rack of baby-back ribs, and boy were they good. one of the people i am working with over here ( LA ) is threatening to take me to a real bbq place which I'm really looking forwards to!
oh and it's 12:42am here, but my body even after 4 days here is still in brisbane time :(
