cssdev have just released an optimiser for CSS files.

As anyone doing web development would know those CSS files can get a little out of hand. You will be surprised just how much guff can be removed without changing functionality. It also has the great feature of allowing you to prevent syntactical layout changes.

Should come in handy :)

Thanks mate :) Looks handy...especially for those just starting out.
Saved me about 2% on one of my bigger CSS files. Glad it preserves my layout too.

That's kinda cool.

I can take 15% off my CSS without removing white spaces, 30% off if I do remove white spaces.

Not that I really need to bother, since I don't get a lot of traffic to my site and my CSS files don't pull more than 5meg/month. [shrug] :)

White space in CSS?
what ever happened to the gold old "spacer.gif" way of layout?
Maybe I'm thinking of something else...
