Anyone know of a FREE Linux host that would be able to host a MUD, give over a single PORT, allow ssh telnet access for editing, and compiling of a C codebase, and allow FTP to get the game there in the first place.
I have a n00b friend who is in need. Preferrably in Oz (trying to avoid Lag as much as possible)
... any offers?

Ok, change of tack: Anyone know of a COST EFFECTIVE Linux host that would be able to host a MUD, give over a single PORT, allow ssh telnet access for editing, and compiling of a C codebase, and allow FTP to get the game there in the first place.
I know of someone who is being screwed around by a geeky jackass and being deined service by them, who is in need. Preferrably in Oz (trying to avoid Lag as much as possible)
... anyone want a small earner and can provide service?

He has a yearning to make his own MUD, so is looking for a host for his codebase.
