Here's a Vehicle Explosive Lethality Chart from the GlobalSecurity website.

15703

Whilst there are lots of variables such as explosive type, quantity and the like; at least it should give you a ballpark figure for consequences in relation to the imagery in Dogg's videos.

Not really a good way of comparing...

Consider that the explosives in iraq are sometimes deteriorated and produce more of a fast burn than an actual explosion.

Also, quite alot of the time, they will put like 8 artillery shells in the car and wire them up. Then they will have a gas cylinder or 2 to produce a fireball when the car goes off. It produces a big orange fireball... But it does little damage. Especially when the carbomb is relatively intact after the explosion.

Really, only contractor SUVs and foot patrols are good targets for these.

Unless high-quality explosives are used, carbombs can be very ineffective.

seen too many videos by insurgents in iraq.

Dogg, I'd expect the day ASIO pay you a visit would be like Agent Smith interviewing Mr.Anderson. The only difference would be that your 'file' would be so fucking tall it'd fall off the table.:D

Keep up the good work.
