Basically I'm sending the word out to find someone who is skilled in the use of JSP (and Perl) to build and help implement a poll and mailing list mechanism on a website... well actually two websites that are practically identical, but with different text and images that are updated monthly. We wanna to hire them on a freelance basis for it, then for them to invoice once its up and running. Plus we need them to be in Sydney.
The site/s are a 3rd-party component on an international corporation's website (which hosts many 3rd-party sites). The corporation's website is running on an iPlanet web server that supports JSP and Perl. They have also implemented a user registration system that the poll and mailing list will need to work with, authenticating users... full documentation for this user registration system is provided. Currently our site/s are a simple HTML/CSS design and we'd like to be able to authenticate and access a control panel on each for administering the polls and mailing lists.
