I really like vegetables, MY faves include Brussel sprouts, pumpkin, broccoli , cauliflower, fresh beans and squash, but apart from boiling them, which I refuse to do, I only stir fry them.
What do the rest of you do with your vegies?

Fry 'em.
If you can't fry it, what good is it?

I like a potato bake style thingy but sub some of the spuds with other vegies, sliced carrot, pumpkin, onion, any root:D veg really.
With brussels, cauli and broccoli, I like to boil them in 1/2 water, 1/2 milk then make it into a cheese sauce.
I prefer these 2 ways cause then there is only one dish to clean after.
Dont be shy about amping up the cheese sauce a bit either, bit of mustard or garlic or some chopped herbs:weed: once you have made it. :clown:

brussel sprouts and squash can suck my balls, as can all that gourmet lettuce nonsense. I contend you're better off eating random garden leaves. I'm not a big vege fan, but Brocolli, Bok Choy, carrots and beans usually get a guernsey.
If only bacon was a vegetable. If I was God, bacon would've been a goddamn vegetable.

there are so many different things u can do with vegetables. bake , stuff , roast , curries, steam , fry, stew.
mediteranean cookery has many excellent recipes for vegetable dishes that require no meat. its only limited by how adventurous/confident u feel.
