Stumbled on this site (http://www.mediterrasian.com/index.htm) yesterday and have already put two of their recipes down on this week's menu at casa del dwarf. Not many recipe sites on the net impress me enough to post about, but I thought this one was definately worth sharing.
It spans cuisines from Spanish, Italian and Greek, through North Africa, India, Vietnam, Thailand and Japan. Not only with awesome recipes from each - sorted by dish type and cuisine - but also a detailed section about each country's food, how it's cooked, what spices they use etc.
All the recipes seem to be no fuss uncomplicated and healthy, pitched at anyone who knows which end of a frying pan is hot.
If you're after a change, or just some inspiration - check out their recipe section (http://www.mediterrasian.com/delicious_recipes.htm) or the cuisine guide (http://www.mediterrasian.com/cuisine_of_month.htm).
