Hey There.
Are there many of us Zgeekers in the Far North of QLD around?
Now that I'm back in Innisfail the thing called free time may eventuate.
I don't mind the pubs in Atherton, Cairns is Big but I don't think I'd enjoy it much as a piss up place. Townsville is pretty cool though.
We've got Skirmish around the joint, great beaches, creeks and rainforest. I'm not that energetic thesedays but I'd really love to get back into going to swimming holes and visiting places like Innot Hot Springs (or however it's spelt) and josaphene falls (theres that bad speeling again) - There are so many cool places to have "Alternative" Zmeets away from Tech and Booze (and then you get into the Tech or booze afterwards :P).
Other cools things are like going to Bramston Beach, get a heap of pippies, have a great swim, then a big BBQ and pissup afterwards.
I've also got 2 xbox's, 3 beasty PC's and 1 beasty laptop. 2 Gigabyte Switches and a standard 100mb Switch (Plus I can make cables) so if a lan is wanted, I can help out with that as much as possible. I am also considering purchasing a server for my Home Business, so it could be good for a dedicated zgeek game server.
Most of my Mates have left Innisfail for good so it is time to make new friends, and what better place to search than good ol' Zgeekers (yeah, that sounds ghey)
