Making the assumption that whatever you ate didnt do any harm, what would be your ideal daily assortment of foods:
Morning: Pancakes with Maple Syrup + Montreal Bagels
Lunch: Pizza with icecream
Dinner: Pizza with chocolate and icecream
Later: Alcohol
Yes im drunk .... and hungry.

You can get Montreal bagels in Oz? Who makes them?

I wish they made them. I would almost fly there just for them.

Always with your best interest at heart, here's the web link for Montreal's St-Viateur Street Bagel Bakery (http://www.stviateurbagel.com/index/page/start/?/session/e61aa430b5fc1c9949cbc35f54010829). Their rival, Fairmount Bagel, doesn't seem to have a website. St-Viateur takes online orders, if you want to have your bagels shipped to you. Their website says they don't ship to the US but if you visit this blog (http://golem.ph.utexas.edu/~distler/blog/archives/000625.html) and scroll down, you will see posts by the owner of the bakery saying that they in fact do ship to the States, but customs can be dodgy.
They make no mention about shipping to Oz, so I figure if you really, really want Montreal bagels, you can send them an e-mail and inquire.
Now, you interested in Montreal's famous Smoked Meat? Here's the link to Lester's Deli (http://www.lestersdeli.com/frameset.htm). They ship.
