My partner's interviewing for a job with them, and she's asked me to see if I can gauge general job satisfaction/atmosphere in the company, specifically the North Strathfield site. Do their employees feel trusted/valued/rewarded/successful? Is it a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, or more formal and restrained? etc.
