My mate needs Someone To Share A Hose

Hey guys, a friend of mine is looking for someone to share rent at his house in eagleby , i think he wants 90 bucks a week plus expenses(really Nice house), they get the use of the main shower for themselvs and its in a good street and i know most of the people in the block here.
Mitch is a good bloke as well..he is an old guy but hes pretty cool, he just wants someone who is honest and pays their part of the rent
If i was a single person i would move in as i know the guy very well and i trust him.

near beenleigh almost halfway between bris and surfers
So called "bad area" but i have lived here for 5 years and its pretty quiet in my street and yes there are a few knuckleheads around the area but i wouldnt move...its quiet and i am happy here
