So your applying for a job and you come across or notice something about a company that makes you not want to work there. So what are some of those somethings?

Some I've recently come across:
* Only accepts .doc resumes
* IE only submission process
* Buggy online submission process: when clicking submit, and error box pops up that says one of the text areas has 13xx characters and only 1000 are allowed. Please change. So I click OK and it submits anyway! - and this is a company who designs safety-critical systems for the ADF.

Add your own..

"Are you a homosexual?"

"No. No I'm not a homosexual but I am willing to try!"

On a more serious note, very much agree with you vladi on the whole fucked up website/application, esp if they're a web dev company!

When you are in an interview and the dude who interviews you (who doesn't introduce himself) looks like a mess and keeps playing with his balls above desk level (and he's fat and 50ish), and the interview is not planned at all, and they are all freaks

Are they stereotyping all people with technical skill as fat nerds who play D&D?

I wouldn't work for a company whom enquires about my pain threshold and asks me what would I do if I'm working in a team of fat, lazy shits, who know nothing, do nothing, but have ironclad contracts and union backing, so cannot be fired
