Of course, they'd still have to be locked away for the term of their original sentence, because even if whatever's wrong with their brain is fixed, they have a lot of psychological adjustments to make before they can even be considered capable of rejoining society. I say bring back the death penalty for all minor infractions. That way, we'll have no repeat offenders, save money on gaols and shock the populace in line. Couple that with the brutal, overhanded tactics of our police force, you're looking at the population being controlled in several different ways that can only benefit society and the planet

Considering that in some places an 18 year old having sex with a 16 year old is automatically considered a pedophile, I would suggest that such generalisations as "kill or cure" are so wide as to be irrelevant.
