the one above was taken in a random side street in Bowen Hills (Brissie). Camera is a 400d using an ef 50mm f/1.8 and circular polarising filter.

finally got myself a nice telephoto lens (70-200 f4 L)... damn this thing is sharp

black and white conversion (through channel mixer) was the only thing done to it in photoshop...

The Telephoto lens is exceptional and the fact that you don't have to do much colour correction in photo shop is doubly impressive.
