6.2 k over 35 minutes this morning. First time I've pushed past the half-hour mark and didn't feel too bad, even cranked it up to 11 km/hr for the last five minutes.

A girl in my scooter club has offered to go running with me when I get up to speed.
She runs 9k every day to work.... O_O

A girl in my scooter club
You're in a scooter club? Which one? do they still kind of frown upon Automatics or is it an Automatic club?

see rep for answer, not really the thread for that discussion

did my 1.1k again today
didn't even get a 1/3 of the way before leg pains started

I took some pictures to point at exactly where the leg pains start

assume between the fingers thats a line of where the pain goes from and to, although its almost from ankle to top of lower leg on both of them

the last picture was taken to show how cramped up and tense the muscle was when i first got my shoe off.

Ow. do you want a referal to my physio?, she is really good.

Just another loop at work at lunchtime to keep me honest 40 mins at a goodish clip, I had my shoes on too tight so I got a little bit of a twinge in my left foot made sure I did all my secret physio prescribed stretches, saw her tonight after work for another checkup, much progress but I need to keep on doing my stretches and calve lifts another visit next week, my watch (timex Ironman) busted today but I've been giving it heaps for a year or so now so I'm going to get a shiny new one tomorrow night, buying running stuff inspires me!

The thing is, the pain stops not long after I stop.

I have a physio, but he concentrates on my back and my ass.

Although, if yours does concentrate on legs/back it'd be good for me.
