Back, 70 mins Randwick to Bondi via the coast walk, amazing day for it sun shining, the blue water sparkling in the dappled sunshine all the beautifaul people out and about! not sure how far but lots and lots of hills to keep my heart rate up including the famous stairs of death coming out of clovelly up to the cliffs of Coogee. My inspiration today was seeing my bro finish the half marathon this morning in a more than credible time, my little bro! what a champ, time to stretch and wash up then a quick ride over to my bros for dinner, today was a good day.
