3m at training pace 25 mins ish.
Conditions : 20ish, windy
Surface : Mix of concrete, grass and rough stone steps
Route : Ran from work down the valley to the creek and back up again
Run report : This run was less distance wise than my normal everyday run, I resisted the urge to go faster as I realise I have many many weeks of running to do felt good all the way around a tiny twing in the front lower part of my left leg but that went away pretty quickly finished with pushups and then a really slow jog back to the office for leftover chicken curry.
Did my stretches and calf raises again, need to do them again before I go to bed along with more pushups.
