Knees felt pretty good this morning after being iced most of yesterday. I managed to front up and roll out a solid - if kinda slow & steady - 10km on the treadmill. A minute or two over an hour.
Hoping to get another 12, 8 and 10 in this week before attempting the half-marathon distance over the long weekend.
