6M Pace run
Conditions : 13 cloudy, heavy rain, storm, windy.
Surface : Roadbase/Tar
Route : Rode down to Centenial Park in the pouring rain, 3.5 laps then rode home
Run report : Just wouldn't stop raining all day so at around 3ish I bit the bullet and went out anyway, set a cracking pace and even though it felt really yuck in the rain and the wind held on to complete 3.5 laps in 48mins, approx 12KM all up, I rode home and had a much needed shower! not a fun run at all hated pretty much all of it but happy I got through it!
