OK, finally had enough of this bloody cold and working lungs or no working lungs I was going running this morning. Up at my parents place for the weekend so it was quite a warm morning, certainly not uncomfortable in shorts and singlet.

Probably spent more time stretching than running but managed a reasonable 5k lap of the lake.

Good to be back in the saddle. Lungs objected, but I'm threatening them with transplant surgery if they don't behave.

75 minutes. guess it was 13k or so. not a lot of fun but i'm so fucking pissed off and frustrated by this intermittent training that i was determined to get through this fucker if i had to rip off my goddamed leg and carry it. didn't get to that point, luckily.
