Tortured tendon Tuesday (02/07)

45 min. 8 km or so. the stabby feeling in the outside of the right knee only surfaced for a few minutes. the ouchy feeling in the right achilles tendon is the new focus of worry.

Less stabby, more ouchy... not much of a tradeoff.

I had boxing class, sprints, pushups, skipping, squat jumps, core stability work and copious amounts of THUMP!

Paying for it today though, because of my cold it's been about two weeks since I flexed any upper body muscles.
