Niiiiiice 6k run that felt like a Sunday morning stroll.
Got off the treadmill feeling better than I did when I got on. Literally took thirty seconds to get my breath back so I think my aerobic capacity is back to where it should be. Legs feel more like they've had a massage than been for a run.
Which is good... lately I've been finding it hard to find time to go running. Especially longer runs, either I cut into my sleep and go for a decent run, or have a decent sleep and cut my run short.
