Still been getting a lot of rain (and snow) up here, so everything is very wet on the ground at the moment (not to mention freaking cold). Still the rain held off for a couple of hours this afternoon.

Bit of a sticky slog for quite a bit of it, so I was quite pleased that I managed to roll out nearly 19 of the best in an admirable 1 hour 40 or so. Out along the road, back along the river trail... Probably could have switched it around and gone out on the cross-country leg and back on the road.

No real worries to speak of, knees are a little stiff, but not sore and Mr Blister is no worse. It's easy to keep running when it's this pretty:

do you give all your ailments names/personalities? or just blisters?

Mr Blister is more like a friend than an ailment. If pressed I may take a photo of him and post it in the injury thread. It's the size of a 20c piece on my right instep.

Pretty tough little guy too... survived a 19k run without bandaids... I thought he was popped for sure, but there he was when I got home, still full of juice.
