8k, 40 minutes or so. Nice run in the rain. Wet, but not cold which was nice.

Tucking into a nice hot bowl of porridge now.

All clear on the niggle front.

1 hour 45 mins. No Idea how far, 16-17K maybe?

Took ages to warm up, but kept on pushing on, a few scares with my knee, but I'm back home with my feet up after stretching and it's feeling okay.

I think, with care, I might just pull this off!
