Felt pretty tight, not in a good way. I took the weekend off feeling decidedly overdone after Friday's effort. Might take a run or two for everything to loosen up sufficiently.

My run/walk
I'm trying to push myself to run more than walk (as you can see in this pic compared to last time i ran (http://www.fivefootdemon.org/pics/running/run1.jpg))...
Shin splints don't seem to hurt if I run, but only if I walk
More motivation to run I guess :)

I've set myself a goal on the nike plus website to run 10 times in 8 weeks

Didn't run today but ran yesterday. 30KM in the POURING rain, took me about 3 hours (including stops when it was really hammering it down) If I can pull off another run of at least 30K, maybe 35K I just might make it to the start line with a hope of making it through.
