"here I go, again on my own..."
Apologies for the singing... I had a good run today, 10k - 55 minutesish.

Way to take it the wrong way dude... it's just what I happened to be listening to this morning rather than a suggestion of negligence on anyone else's part.

Any slack on your part is more than understandable... and probably not uncalledfor regardless of earthquakes given the DOMS attacks that seemed to be getting more frequent for you. I think it was Deek that said it's better to be 10% undertrained than 1% overtrained.

Recovered enough from Sunday to run today, decided to up the tempo seeing as it was a shorter run, 8K all up, still going to take it steady I really don't want to go back to injury land. I have discovered a new bandage solution, horse bandages! used for dressage, they are custom made to pressure bandage muscles... sure on horses, but works on me too, R.I.C.E it is, whenever it's more than just DOMs I wrap it all up.

to clarify, the first post was in jest and the second was a general observation. but, yeah, with just more than a month to go i get a bit anxious and the recent events are adding to that.

90 minutes. 15 kilometers
way tired but no real problems. just a matter of hanging in there. but not in a sloppy way. had control the whole run.
