3km 20min... Slow, but deliberate and controlled. I was pretty happy to be backing up yesterday's effort with anything at all. Had a nice long cool-down session in the hydrotherapy pool (gave the old ladies something to look at anyway) and a good soak in the spa afterwards.
Feeling pretty good now. Knee ligaments are not overly hurty and I feel better today than I did after my 21km run a fortnight ago.
