Hey guys, a simple and perhaps silly question regarding my N95

If I were to download (or buy) tomtom software for symbian mobile would that give me a free SatNav service, ie not paying for data charges?
Something out of here maybe?

I'm not an expert on TomTom but it probably would (unless it likes to check the network for something). There's no data charges in the Nokia Maps application either.
