Hi, is anyone able to put me up for the Saturday night? Or recommend me a not too expensive place to stay that doesn't require a credit card & is reasonably close to everywhere I need to be(for team Zgeek & the Harbour Bridge Run)?

Anyone know of any hotel or such in the area that doesn't require a credit card? I've had no luck.
What the fuck is wrong with good old fashioned cash?

it's a bit late for the info - but if you had a visa debit card it works exactly the same way as a credit card when it comes to them asking for a CC, the only diff is you have to have your own funds on it. You won't get it before saturday tho :/

i think its pretty usual to take booking with a credit card over the phone, welcome to the new millenium.

I'll have to use my brother's credit card tomorrow.
I can only catch him for a brief 5 minutes between when I get home from work & he leaves for work.
We have a lounge that you are welcome to use (not too appealing I know- but if you get stuck).
We're in Eastwood though, but we can drive you to where you need to go.

I managed to book a room in the Marque Hotel on Railway square, thanks anyway, I might take you up on the offer for Zmeet though.
