Ok, so we have a getting fit thread where everyone bullshits about how they did five situps yesterday and totally will do another five next week... this is the getting fat thread.
Today I have take away thai food and coke for lunch, and tonight I plan to eat fried rice and iceblocks while sitting around watching a DVD. I might finish off those sour gummi straps my GF left at my house and those jelly cups too.
Tomorrow morning its bacon and eggs on a buttered roll for breakfast, and then 8 hrs of programming with no moving from my desk.
So whats your fatness regimen involve?

Well today the missus was gonna have lunch @ work but she ended up deciding to going out with the other office ladies.
So I ate 6 toasted cheese and avocado sandwhiches and washed it down with lemonade.

I just had muffins and wine as a pre-dinner snack.
Also I only drink coffee for breakfast and indulge in munchies way too often. It's failing so far though.

Drinking coffee is supposed to raise the body's fat-burning metabolism
I don't think it works if you skip breakfast for it though

coffee isn't fattening lol
I'm fat but that's cos I don't exercise enough apparently! Today like any other day I'm home I started with two pieces of yummy seeded high fibre bread with Vegemite, apple juice then a coffee, for lunch I had mum over so I made two very small servings of spaghetti carbonara and added asparagus to it (yum) and tonight I have a piece of steak (no fat), a baked spud which I will add cheese to and a tomato, lettuce, olives and fetta salad with a balsamic dressing. Shits me to tears that chasing after a 2 yo, cleaning a house and taking about 3 or 4 30-60 minute walks a week ain't enough for my metabolism to keep up with my diet...REALLY shits me :uhh:

Lately, I've just been eating a small amount of food at teatime, but today I kinda went a bit nuts with foodage and had a cheeseburger and two of the small snacky sized packets of kettlechips as well as tea. At least I'm losing the weight I put on over Christmas, though.

This is why I don't like Chinese food much. Too heavy and greasy. Eww. I stayed in my school's boarding house in Melbourne for one term and the food had oil over everything, even the dessert... I had to leave. I did tell the cook (who was English and that explains a lot) that Australian girls don't like to use so much oil. They used to pat napkins onto schnitzels to remove the excess oil. Foul.

Dinner was fried rice with bacon and chicken, and those deep fried prawn crackers. And a deep fried egg. After eating this I watched a DVD and ate chocolate and did shots of soju.
Lunch is ham sandwiches with cheese and mayo, possibly some pre lunch snack of those deep fried ocopus balls. Yum. Also a Wendy's shake I hope.
But what im REALLY looking forward to is two bacon and egg rolls from Lilyfield markets on saturday. Port and honey cured bacon fucking YUM.

I weigh 158 pounds and eat fairly well and excericise when I get the chance (which isn't often enough), but was blessed with VERY good metabolism!!!! When I was a kid, ALL I did was run around like a maniac, so I think that has helped me now at 29!
I eat masses of food, drink much beer, sit at my computer all day and my weight hasn't changed significantly in 10 years. I'm a total bastard.

I've a cup of Ceylon orange pekoe tea with 2 sugars (it was a large cup and I finished about half)
2 slices of burgen honey and oat bread with some double smoked ham (as in i made it into a toasted sandwich for breakfast - i would normally also have a slice of jarlsberg cheese on it but I ran out)
I had a bottle of mango flavoured nestea green tea
Caught a bus to broadway walked from broadway to camperdown to inspect a property (it was shit) walked back, caught a bus back to newtown,
walked a few blocks to get lunch...
which was 3 DF steak and onion tacos from guzman y gomez (http://www.guzmanygomez.com/) with their rice and mild salsa for lunch - I'm still full.
then caught a bus home because my foot-thing that started hurting in melbourne is still hurting.
