GPS tracking for WM6

My cousin recently showed me a great little app he had on his nokia, which allowed him to use his GPS enabled Nokia phone to track his location, and then upload the data to Google Earth via a GPX file, so that he could see where he had been, how long it had taken him etc etc.

I've been looking around for a similar app that I could use with my WM6 Dopod D810, but have not yet managed to find anything that seems to be able to do the job, I was wondering if anyone here knows of some free software for Windows Mobile 6, that can handle GPS tracking?
