Right I have recieved an MMS from a friend in Holland and no matter what combo I put in their system to retrieve it I can't get it to work. I have looked at the dutch language and English version and just can't get it to work.

Does anyone have any clues for me?

www.kpn.com/mms

*The message code is correct and there is no caps lock or anything

*I think it might be the country code?

*I have tried putting in my Australian phone number and using the +61 and also the 001161 then the mobile phone number both without the 0 at the front of the number and with it.

*I have put in the dutch number I recieved it from and tried that to

*I have included the plus sign, spaces etc.

I am sure it is something really obvious but I just cant get it going. Any help would be great!

Uh...thanks. Yeah its a new work phone so I need to get it sorted. In the mean time I have 3 days to look at the message before it runs out...

I've never had a problem getting mms on mum's phone, it sends a full weblink which is way longer than your www.kpn.com/mms one ...ask them to send it to someone who has an mms enabled phone (if you can't enable your own) and then look at it on their phone.

You could try this... on the page there is a link in this paragraph:
"Let op: heeft u een buitenlands mobiel nummer, dan moet u de landencode en het mobiele nummer invoeren. Meer info"

Click where it says "meer info" (more info)

It then takes you to the international version of the page, where I think you can enter in your aussie mobile number (+614xxxxxxx) and message code.

Hope that works :)

Yeah I tried that but unfortunately no go.

Thanks though.

Can't you just ask your provider to enable MMS on your phone for future MMS? I had to ask Optus to approve mine. Until then I had to go to the Optus site to look at incoming MMSes.
