Nothing is guaranteed for every woman (apart from the fact that most if not all of them want you to go down there).

some girls are self-concious of ppl going down on them. I think it partly has to do with the whole smell issue. i have never met with a so called "dead fish" smelly virgina, but if the person is active throughout the day, a faint smell does occur.
some girls may also have problems relating to trust /intimacy as well. especially in a new realtionship. give it time and they may open up more sperm. :p

There is no manual or guide on how to perform cunnilingus correctly, because as it was stated before, EVERY WOMAN IS DIFFERENT...
