RANT on animal murderers

A story about the police arresting several boys for riding in a golf cart from there house to the suburb pool, I'm getting pissed. The damn police will tie up tax payer dollars for nonsense such as this shit, but when cats and dogs in my neighborhood come up missing, dead, shot, poisioned, assholes cut out, tails cut off, broken legs & necks, hung, and thier throats cut, where the fark are the damn police? We have witnesses that say the local bicycle theives are the perps! 2 boys. Brothers. Ones 5 and the other is 7. Yes 5&7. Mom's single, 24, and NEVER knows what her children are doing. The 5 year old has been in boot camp.

We have over 8 cats and 5 dogs missing or dead. THAT withing the last 3weeks. There are posters and signs all over the trailer park and ppl going door to door looking for their missing animals. What are we to do but make phone calls to the police and local Humane Society?

What are the killers going to do when they run out of cats and dogs?

Update: police, nor park owners will do anything about this little boy. We have 2 reliable (don't smoke crack nor drink) witnesses that say they've seen this little boy breaking a cats legs.
Last weekend he was seen carrying one in his pants. Then his snuck around a trailer, where apon the person watching yelled "what are you doing with that cat"!!?? She went to his mother and told her mother that if another animal came up missing, her son would too.
Animal cruelty is down 80% (10% that we don't know about).
