List membership is determined by me. If you're on the list, then you deserve to be on the list. I'm a pretty good judge of character and won't include anyone by accident who doesn't deserve to be on the list. By the same token, if you're not on the list, well I'm pretty forgetful and may have simply forgot to put you on the list. Reminding me to put you on the list is fine.
