NSW council wins appeal for fatal dog attack

The family, who had their four year old girl mauled to death, now have to pay the fucking council’s fucking legal costs.
Fuck this. I am so angry I can hardly type. I have been attacked by one dog. I was an adult and it was scary as fuck. This little kid was attacked and killed by “one or more” hunting dogs (there were five dogs in the yard).
The relevant Act has now amended the classification to include all hunting dogs as dangerous dogs, but they still overturned this decision to award the family damages. Why? Because the dogs in question were not defined as dangerous at the time and were simply doing what they were trained to do, i.e. attack things that provoke them.
Thankfully, heartless fuckwits are still thoroughly infesting our legal system and can successfully argue cases like this on technicalities and definitions. Well done everyone! I bet you are proud of yourselves.
Now the family has to pay up. FUCK THIS.
