Update on ZGeek’s defamation fight

Hi all, Just an update on our legal woes. Good news for a change!

As you know we are being sued along with Google for defamation. The person suing us launched proceedings in both the ACT and NSW.

We had a court appearance last Friday for the ACT proceedings but the person suing us just didn’t turn up to court so that matter has been struck out.

How bloody awesome is that! We still have the defamation in NSW to deal with this month. We are super confident of defending ourselves against this and I’ll post updates as soon as I can.
